As the Founder of Boerman Accounting, Tracey has been helping business owners make sense of their numbers for more than four decades. Her clients span a wide range of industries, including law, healthcare, and construction, and she prioritizes building lasting relationships grounded in trust and expertise.

With over 20 years of experience serving as a Fractional CFO for a local law firm, Tracey knows firsthand the financial challenges and opportunities businesses face every day.

Driven by a true passion for bookkeeping, Tracey believes her role goes far beyond balancing accounts; she’s a partner, advisor, and trusted resource for her clients’ long-term success.

Mitch Boerman

Mitch spent over a decade in accounting, finance, and analytical roles at large corporations. He specialized in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) and was responsible for managing multi-billion dollar P&Ls, balance sheets, and budgets.

At Boerman Accounting he applies this experience to help small business owners get the most out of their accounting through accurate bookkeeping, analyzing financial statements, and helping clients with other strategic or modeling needs.

His passion is helping small business owners understand their financials so that they have the confidence to operate, invest, and grow their companies wisely.
